I have hundreds of little pearly white wart looking bumps on the shaft of my penis! They are much more noticeable when erect, i tried to squeeze one, i couldnt and nothing came out. What you have my friend is called pearly penile papulus ( i think that’s how you spell it. i have had them to. there are nothing to worry about. and as you age you will out grow them. I would research a little bit about them, or go talk to a dermatologist or your regular doctor. it may be embarrassing or uncomfortable, but that’s what they are there for.
