There is no fluid inside of a wart to drain. Of course you can always cut, freeze or burn it off, but I think you might want to get a skilled medical professional to do that. It would probably only come back anyway. One other thing: I don't know you have just one genital wart and that what you are talking about is not genital warts at all. If you have genital warts you have HPV and that's as bad as having herpes.
