They are easily removed and Genital Warts can be ruled out with a blood test. You really should go see a doctor. The best one to see for this sort of thing is a urologist. They specialize in urinary systems and male reproductive organs. I work for a urologist and we had a patient come in with what it sounds like you might have and the doctor excised it (took it off) right there in the office... it was quick and easy. It required 2 stiches and that was pretty much it. If you have ANY questions that it might be warts you SHOULD NOT HAVE unprotected sex until it has been diagnosed and you've talked to a doctor. Don't try to remove it yourself... you never know if you'll hit a blood vessle and cause some bleeding or hit a nerve that might alter sensation...
