I have internal genital warts in my anus and I’m afraid to do the surgery. What the doctor told me when he looked inside, he saw multiple small bumps. It’s not big warts but the small kinds. Actually, it’s not painful. It stings a little for a couple of hours but not painful. And it’s really fast.
