I had somethings on my penis that looked like tiny skin tags. I saw a dotor and he was not sure whether it was warts or skin tags, but he applied nitrogen on them. I thought they would be gone, but when I came home they were still there. Is this normal, does it take some time for the warts drop after being frozen, or do I need to go back to the doctor?

You might want to go back to the doctor. After they froze them they should have had u come back about an hr later to see if they come off or not. You should have the doctor do an HPV test that will also determine what they are. If the test is positive you need to be honest with any sexual partners u have. If he test is negative double check in two months to make sure that it is still negative.
It does take time for it to go away. I hope that your Doctor took a sample so as to determine whether or not you do have HPV. Its important to notify your partners if you are infected as some strains are linked to cervical cancer.
