My dad is a colo-rectal surgeon and made me work there 5 years. I’m not in the medical field and you should see your Dr. On fridays, b 4 freezing, we had wart-burning day and it stank. No, I’m not kidding. A genital wart usually looks like a tiny cauliflower and doesn’t have pus in it like a pimple does. Also, it is harder. It comes off in one piece, like a wart and unlike pimple if the patient tries to dig it out themselves. You asked!!!!
YOu’d have to go see your obgyn for that one. Sure a wart might look like an odd pimple and vice versa, so just go visit ur doctor to make sure it’s not something else.

My suggestion visit your doctor
pop it. pimples around your lips and genitals aren’t red. they have black heads from the filth so they shouldn’t be that easy to spot.
From what I´ve been told, the easiest thing is to wait and see if it goes away – then it was a pimple
also, genital warts generally don´t itch like a pimple might! If it doesn´t go away in a week or so just go and see your doc, if it´s a wart he can easily ice it and remove it.

usually pimple can be some what of a discomfort…but not all the time….warts…arent really painful at all…
