Genital warts come from the human papilloma virus (HPV). He can transmit you the HPV virus, that has been closely related to cervical cancer. I encourage you to get the HPV vaccine(Gardasil), although it just prevents certain types of HPV,it can really help you. In addition, i recommend you, to encourage your boyfriend to get the warts cauterized(burn off) to prevent spread(you can get them, if he ddoesn'ttreat them). About your question, i really dont think you'll get warts in your mouth, unless you are really having close contact with the warts while you are doing it. If you want to be on the safe side, just avoid BJs..Well, good luck on that.

yes, you can. anywhere the virus can thrive, it will. anywhere there is bodily fluids, something can be contracted. if you've had an open sore in your mouth---it'll go straight to your bloodstream.
if he has a wart, then that means it's a virus, which means it's herpes or some derivative.
when people first contract herpes, they have this initial stage called "shedding" which is the most painful breakout they'll ever have. after that, depending on which simplex virus they've contracted, will determine how frequent they may have breakouts throughout life. to get at what im trying to say----if he's had his initial "shedding", there IS a chance that you have passed the opportunity of contracting it. i.e.--People are most contagious when they're "shedding".
don't let any of this scare you--im just telling you what i know and tryiing to help. the best thing you can do is just take a deep breath and go get him checked out. good luck.
