Genitle warts

Genitle warts, also named: condylomata acuminata or venereal warts, is the most recognized sign
of genital HPV infection. But Many people have the genital HPV infection without genitle warts.

Genitle warts looks as soft, moist, or flesh colored and appear in the genital area within weeks
or months after being infected. They often appear in clusters that resemble cauliflower-like
bumps, and are either raised or flat, small or large. genitle warts usually show up in women on
the vulva and cervix, and inside and surrounding the vagina and anus. But In men, genitle warts
often appears on the scrotum or penis. in some cases, genitle warts can be found on the thigh
and groin.

Genitle warts, also called condyloma acuminata, are flesh colored or gray growths found in the
genital and anal region of both men & women. They represent the most common sexually transmitted
disease caused by a virus. The warts are caused by a virus called the human papilloma (HPV).
Infection with genitle warts may not be obvious.
genitle warts can occur at any age.

Most patients are between of the age of 17-33 years. Genitle warts is highly contagious.
The chances of getting it is a 60% risk by infecting from a single sexual contact with someone
who has genitle warts.

Children younger than the age of 3, genitle warts is thought to be transmitted by nonsexual
methods (for example by a direct manual contact),But the presence of genitle warts in children
usually raises the suspicion for a  potential sexual abuse.

Genital HPV, is the most common sexually transmitted disease. Each year about 1 million new
cases of genitle warts are diagnosed, two thirds of them are in women. About 15% of the United
State of Americas population suffers from it.

Treatment options for genitle warts are various and effective. The virus is treated today by
numerous kinds  of treatments. for example: podophyllin resin, imiquimod, trichloroacetic acid,
and podophyllotoxin. Surgical or destructive therapies include carbon dioxide laser, surgical
excision, loop excision, cryotherapy, and electrodessication. Interferon when injected locally
or administered systemically.

The efficacy of the treatment of genitle warts, appears to be good, but more and more studies
compares and claims that treatment method depends on the number, size, and location of lesions.
There is no certainty that any treatment is better or more effective than the other,
nevertheless, there is a matter of costs difference. It seems that the first line destructive
treatment is cryotherapy, but surgery and electrodesiccation are more effective.

Female genital warts

Female genital warts appear as a result of HPV. There are more than one hundred different kinds of HPVs that we know of and forty of these can cause problems in the women’s genital area. The HPV are usually transmitted by a skin to skin touch meaning by sex with a partner that has genital warts. Female genital warts are mostly caused by 2 kinds of HPVs which ironically are referred to as the less risky types of HPVs because they are most unlikely to cause cancer but they cause the famous warts. These types are in charge of “only” half of the cases of women’s cervical cancers while the rest of the HPV types are in charge of eighty percent of the cases of cancer. Genital warts are not like any other kind of warts because the HPV that causes them is different and so it affects the skin in a different way. But like any HPV these too go through your skin can stay there for a long time before you will get warts.

Because the warts are mostly on the inside and rarely appear on the outside Women need to pay attention to some major indicators like vaginal itching or irregular discharges (make sure that you dont have BV before you come to the conclusion that you have genital warts), bleeding after sexual intercourse or a strong pain while urinating can all be good indications. But you must understand that in most cases there are no symptoms at all beside the fact that your partner got infected or that you actually see the warts and then you can be certain that they already expanded to more inner places where you cant see them at all. If you know that you got genital warts treat them as soon as possible or they will expand into larger and larger numbers.

Home remedies for genital warts

f you are looking for home remedies for genital warts you might be a bit disappointed since none of the “famous” home remedies will work. You can try vinegar or yogurt but it wont really help, even honey wont do he work. So if you cant use any home remedies for genital warts what are the medicines that can help or can work? There are a few treatments to your warts and they can be used as an option instead of going to the doctor or even going through a surgery. The first one is Podophyllum resin but you need a prescription from a doctor and I personally dont like this one. There is also Podofilox which is also known as Condylox. You can use it in your own home and it cures better than the first medicine I mentioned but its much better for prevention than actually healing the warts. The third one is trichloroacetic acid but I heard of too many people who used it and it didnt help them so much, even those that it helped said that usually the warts come back again after a while and the worst thing is that it burns when you apply it and it causes a lot of pain. The next one is the 5-Fluorouracil also known as Efudex which is similar to a cream and the effect lasts much longer when its successful but the it also burns like crazy and it makes you itch not to mention the other side effects that come with it. Interferon alpha-n3 or commonly called Alferon N which is being injected to your body, its usually used in extreme cases when nothing else works because of the many side effects that you can suffer from. Imiquimod or Aldara which is the same so just go with the name you like better is a very new medicine which is also used as a cream but it also itches a lot and for a long time. I personally prefer Wartol which has the best effect in the long term and almost no side effects – so if you plan to treat your warts at home make sure to check out Wartol.

Symptoms of vaginal warts

Genital warts usually look like very tiny or larger clusters. If not treated immediately they can expand to large masses all over your genitals. Sometimes they seem like small stalks. A woman can get them inside or outside of her vagina or around the anus.
The HPV virus can penetrate the skin years before the patient start getting the ugly and itching symptoms and so one cant really be sure which partner he got it from if he had more than one partner. Because genital warts dont cause any pain it seems like we could live fine with them as we did without them, the big problem is that they look ugly, they itch and they appear in our most precious place of our body. If you got bumps on your vagina or penis, if you got weird discharge or if something is itching you all the time down there then you could have genital warts. The warts can be very big and very small, so small that sometimes you cant even see them until huge amounts of them come together. If the warts expaned to where your urine is coming out of your body, then you’ll probably bleed or have a urinary obstruction.
If you have warts in one part of your body its most likely that it will expand to other parts if not taking care of.
Women usually get genital warts in their moist areas like the opening of their vagina. If some of the warts can be seen outside then it means that there are probably much more on the inside and thats why you must carefully examine all of the inner parts like the vaginal canal and the cervix. In many of the cases women get vaginal warts without any symptoms beside the fact that they will pass it to their partner. If you are bleeding after sex, if your vagina itches in an extreme way or you got a weird vaginal discharge then you should make sure you dont got warts. Weird discharges together with a strong odor of fish mean that you probably have bacterial vaginosis and not genital warts.

Geneital warts

If you got Geneital warts then you are probably between the ages of 17-33 years like most of the people who get this disease. Also children can get warts but that is usually due to nonsexual methods such as direct manual contact.
Very few diseases and especially sexual diseases are as contagious as geneital warts.
Geneital warts can be transferred only through skin to skin contact and that means that you can only get it from your partner. There is a 60% risk of getting the wart infection from 1 single sexual intercourse with a partner who has genital warts.
Most people get mad at their partner at this stage and rather take their anger on them instead of doing what they need to do. There is no point in blaming or being mad at your partner. The best thing you can do is to treat it right away and to learn how to get rid of genital warts or it can spread easily and in huge amount to your genital or penis (usually on the tip of the penis). Beside the fact that you can pass it on to anyone you’ll have sexual intercourse with the HPV that causes the warts can stay under your skin forever while you’ll be able to treat only the external warts.
Its best to see a doctor if you are not sure if you got Geneital warts, Molluscum contagiosum or Frodyce’s spots – they are not the same disease and thus need a different treatment although they might seem the same. If for example you are a male and you got Hirsuties papillaris genitalis you should know that its not contagious and you don’t need any treatment. But if you have Geneital warts you better treat it ASAP or you’ll be sorry for the rest of your life.

or can it be separate? a doctor said that a persons genital warts is just genital warts and NOT HPV, is this possible?
are all genital warts hpv? and if genital warts can be JUST genital warts unrelated to HPV then do they still cause cervical or other kinds of cancer?

I have a wart on my finger (knuckle) and 3 on my toes including a large one. I’ve been the the doctors for liquid nitrogen treatment and I have stuff to put on them. It didn’t work. I’ve tried duct tape but it just came off after 5 minutes unless I wrapped it round which seemed to cut off the blood supply. I’m desperate to get rid of them. =( Who’s had them and managed to? xx

I didnt know if having "Genital warts" and just simply having 1 wart is different or the same? I have had this one wart for a year and it is embarrasing and I have read that genital warts are extremely contagious..Should I use the same caution with this single wart I’ve had for a while. Also, I just attempted to cut it off. Im pretty sure I didnt successfully remove it but I did it to minimize the size to allow further efforts to take affect quicker (drug treatment). Please, serious input: Contagious, same as "genital warts", further removal methods???

I gave my boyfriend oral. And he didn’t really pay attention to his penis but I pointed out I saw something. I was afraid it was herpes or a genital wart. And we pretty much ruled out herpes cause he would of known if he had gotten it, but he got checked out and we now know it’s a wart. I gave him oral like I said but can I get it in my mouth or any place else??!!

what does it mean when you have warts on your penis like on the skin and around the head.

I know it’s some strain of the HP virus that causes plantar warts, but what is it that people do to come in contact with this virus? contaminated toilet seats? dirty counters?

are they the same or different?

ive got small pink- white spots on my penis . there not very big and i just wounded what they might be

What STDs do they check for when you are pregnant?

If your pap smear showed that you have HPV (human papilloma virus) is that an STD or just a virus that many people have? HPV causes genital warts, does that mean that genital warts is an STD or just a result of HPV? Thanks!

If there’s a wart on your hand and you touch yourself or someone else, will it transfer?

Same to the face, leg, etc.

Is it like a stalk growing into the skin such as a skin tag? that you literally have to tear off? or does it pop/break more like a pimple?

I am wondering because I have what I believe to be some other weird shit above my penis. just trying to relax about it though.

I am still a virgin and i have little bumps on my penis head i suffer with acne but for some reason i cant pop these penis pimples or warts.

What could they possibly be?

How can i get rid of them(home remedies)?

Supposedly 85 percent of ppl get HPV and more than 90 percent of cases clear after two years. So how would you react if your man, whom you hadn’t yet slept with, told you that he had warts two years ago but was clear now?

i have a wart on my foot, i dont have time to go to the doctor, it does’nt really bug me or anything but i’d rather get it off, anyone know anyways to get it off?

I had somethings on my penis that looked like tiny skin tags. I saw a dotor and he was not sure whether it was warts or skin tags, but he applied nitrogen on them. I thought they would be gone, but when I came home they were still there. Is this normal, does it take some time for the warts drop after being frozen, or do I need to go back to the doctor?

I have HPV and warts as a result. After being with my GF she has gotten warts and cervical changes? I was under the impression that the strains that cause warts were not the cancer causing type?

If symptoms like itching go away and there are no visible warts do you still need treatment?

I should have been more specific. What if you have sexual contact with someone who has a strain of HPV that causes warts but they don’t have any warts?

I was reading an insert in my newspaper advertising "Extraordinary Uses for Ordinary Things" by Readers Digest. I don’t want to buy the book but was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of warts with clear nail polish. Please give as many details as possible. Thanks!

Supposedly 85 percent of ppl get HPV and more than 90 percent of cases clear after two years. So how would you react if your man, whom you hadn’t yet slept with, told you that he had warts two years ago but was clear now?

Anyone that can help with any input would be appreciated. Please only people who have actually used it, not people who will send a link to buy it to where they make a profit on it. Real answers please…..

I have hundreds of little pearly white wart looking bumps on the shaft of my penis! They are much more noticeable when erect, i tried to squeeze one, i couldnt and nothing came out. They are not painful or irritating! Ive had them as long as i can remember! I havent had a sexual partner in 2 years and am thinking they are looking and feeling worse! What are they? Can i get rid of them?

I have two plantar warts on my feet which come back repeatedly whenever i get them cut off. Does the duct tape method work? Should I use Salicylic acid? How long will it take if the warts are small? Can they spread by contact?

Moreover, if one were to appear, is there a normal time period that an outbreak would last if untreated?
So if one were to appear, is it possible/normal that it only stays for a week or two?

Also can you get HPV-warts if there is no breakout on the other person but they have it.

I’m just curious..was having a man discussion today that was quit funny and there was a big debate on the cures for certain types of issues!

I don’t really know if its warts or something else but they’re like small dots on the tip of my penis. I am a 13 year old guy, virgin, so i don’t think that I have STD or anything. I do kiss some some girls but that’s is all. I don’t want to ask to ask my parents or friends because its kinda wierd. Can anyone tell what it is and how to wipe it off my private?
